There is nothing more frustrating than sending an item away only to be told that it is beyond economic repair or is going to require replacement parts at extra cost. That is why we offer "One Flat Fee" for the majority of tape drive repairs at a fixed repair price.

If your repair requires a new head, we will replace it at no extra cost and we will also replace pinch rollers, capstan motors and any other part that is required.

All repairs are tested to capacity and exceed manufacturer's specifications. They are then put into antistatic bag and boxed ready for dispatch.

We aim to repair your drive within 5 working days, however if this period is going to be exceeded due to technical or practical difficulties, we will contact you. All repairs leave with a 6 month return to base warranty.

If a faster turnaround is required, we can provide an advance exchange or a rental while your drive is being repaired. We also have technical support service giving advice on installations, upgrades and any other related issues.
