Rental Duration Policy
Day of rental begins the day unit is received and ends once the unit is shipped from your location (tracking must be provided). We consider one week to be 5 business days. Please note that the weekly rate is not pro-rated; billing cycle after every 5-business day.
Need to return the rental?
Please email rental-return@sanwork.com or call 714 434 2629. One of our customer service representatives will be happy to provide you with an “Rental Return RMA #.”
Please provide manufacturer, model, part number, and invoice number of the unit that was rented and we'll take it from there.
