  • Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Most orders are processed and shipped the same day if received prior to 3:00 PM (PST), otherwise it will be shipped the next day. Shipping cost are based on package curve weight/geographical and actual UPS/FedEx services charge. All packages are shipped from our home base warehouse in Southern California. If you have your own UPS/FedEx/DHL/USPS shipping account, we can definitely accommodate, just let us know during checkout or notify us via E-mail. Shipping dates are estimates only, you can track your item with UPS/FedEx/DHL/USPS tracking system.
  • Customers within the State of California are subject to 7.75% state tax, unless you provide Sanworks with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase of Product and the Product ship-to location, you are responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order.
  • Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Sanworks is Sanworks's responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by you is your responsibility. You must notify Sanworks within 14 days of the date of your invoice or acknowledgement if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged.
