Want to save money?  Our exchange program is meant just for that!  If you’re replacing a non-working drive, we’ll buy it back for 20% of the sale price for the replacement drive purchased from us.  An RMA number must be requested and the defective core must be returned within 10 business days from the day the replacement drive is received.  Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.  When we receive the defective core, your refund will be applied to the same type of payment used to purchase the replacement drive.
